Warm welcome to our 46 master students that have arrived to Polytechnique of Leiria  under the interinstitutional cooperation agreement with the Department of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation ( SENESCYT ).

We want to congratulate all these students for their courage and openness to a new culture and a new reality. It is a privilege to receive in our institution students who bring in their luggage, not only the flag of their country, but a set of expectations placing their hopes on us to accomplish it.

Besides cultural aspects, international students bring diversity, economic and academic benefits to our campus and also to our local students that have a chance to thing beyond borders motivating them to think globally. Developing partnerships with other institutions internationally helps us to broaden our perspectives of things and our goals to the future.
