As most of you already know, the Polytechnic of Leiria traditionally organizes an Open Staff Week with two components: a learning section and a cultural and social programme. Unfortunately, this year life played a trick on us and we have to reinvent ourselves to talk about the latest trends in social media tools, and to discuss virtual mobility, the European Union (EU projects) management and other important areas of our work.
We’ve been holding two hours long webinars during one week. Although we’ve been using online tools to get you up to date with changing realities, stories were shared, and were discussed pressing issues under these extraordinary circumstances we are all living. The most important thing is to learn from each other!
The Open Staff Week entitled “New Challenges in Unusual Times” took place from the 23rd until the 27th of November 2020 and was open up to 25 participants. The event was free of charge and it is mainly addressed to international relations officers.
