The study cycle aims the personal and professional development of teachers of early childhood education, primary and secondary education already professionalized. Aims to develop theoretical and operational skills that enable reflection and appropriate intervention in diversified educational settings, (in the exercise of diversified professional categories and positions in school organizations) particularly in the context of the functional content of activities and positions as:

  • Top management and middle management;
  • Coordination of departments;
  • Coordination of courses and / or years;
  • Coordination of directors of class and class direction;
  • Coordination of project teams and activity plans;
  • Supervision activities in schools;
  • Internal evaluation teams in the schools;
  • External evaluators of teachers.

Conditions of admission

a) Holders of an undergraduate degree or legal equivalent in the area of education;

b) Holders of a foreign academic degree conferred following a 1st cycle of studies organized according to the principles of the Bologna Process by a State that has adhered to this Process, in the areas referred to in paragraph a);

c) Holders of a foreign higher education academic degree that is recognized as meeting the objectives of the undergraduate degree by the Technical Scientific Council of the School of Education and Social Sciences, since in the areas referred to in paragraph a);

d ) Holders of an academic, scientific or professional curriculum vitae that is recognized as demonstrating the capacity to carry out this cycle of studies by the Technical Scientific Council of the School of Education and Social Sciences.
