Programme Introduction<\/h2>\n
\n

This programme aims to train qualified professionals capable of developing creative skills, innovating and being entrepreneurs in theorganizations where they work, or to create their own business. The course promotes practical training oriented torespond to the challenges that companies face, stimulating different, disruptive and \u201cout of the box\u201d thinking, using newtechnological, societal, and environmental trends that bring new opportunities, new ways of management and businessmodels.
The acquired skills will allow to intervene in dynamic and complex contexts, managing resources, teams andpromoting creativity, proactivity and autonomy in each individual, to decide and act. Students are expected to develop and work closely with companies, to research and critically analyze information and to present solutions to real problems andin that context to discover and develop their human and relational skills.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
