If the decision on the acceptance of the communication at the scientific meeting is made within a timeframe that is not compatible with the above, the student may, exceptionally, submit an application up to 30 calendar days before the scientific meeting takes place. The application must be submitted with the required documentation (below) and an indication of the funding source that will support the fellowship, the concession of which will depend on the budgetary
