Throughout the week, participants will attend workshops and training sessions scheduled primarily in the mornings, with flexibility for independent activities in the afternoons. The programme provides a practical and comprehensive introduction to <strong>Project Cycle Management (PCM), <\/strong>along with essential tools and methodologies to support the successful implementation of European projects. <strong>This course is particularly relevant for university administrators, project officers, financial managers, and professionals involved in strategic planning and institutional development<\/strong>.
