COLLECTIVE EXHIBITION
JANUARY 10TH OF 2026, 2.PM
MOLDA SPACE – R. RAFAEL BORDALO PINHEIRO 53
As part of the presentation of projects developed and currently underway in the Master’s Programme in Sound and Image Arts at ESAD.CR, the students present “MAS(I) agora?”, a collective initiative that emerges in dialogue with, and as a complement to, Connect 26, expanding the space for reflection and exhibition of emerging artistic practice.
The MOLDA space thus becomes a territory open to experimentation, where exhibitions, films, performances, installations and concerts coexist and intersect. The public is invited to engage with different conceptual methodologies, artistic research processes and hybrid technical approaches that extend beyond disciplinary conventions.
The works—completed, in prototype form, or in progress—are distributed across two floors, revealing a path in which each piece, whether visual, sonic, performative or intermedia, highlights a living process in constant negotiation between intention, material, technology and context.
The “MAS(I) agora?” therefore proposes a space where the public encounters not only final expressions, but processes: new angles on continuous experimentation, critical thinking, and the multiple ways of understanding and making art today.
