The exhibition entitled “Between Two Cities” is open to the public from October 6th until November 17th, 2023, at the ESAD.CR Library, shows works carried out by Erasmus students, in various engraving and screen printing workshops, held in ESAD workshops. CR.

“Between Two Cities” deals with attempts to create an image that is the result of the juxtaposition of two cities, the host city Caldas da Rainha, and the home city of each Erasmus student.

Each screen print presented shows, in a more illustrative or expressive way, the sensitive aspects, the formal ideas or the perceptions caused by the body in movement. We are the size of the world we know and understand, each image presented here tries to translate the scale of this achievement into the silent language of the visual arts.

This exhibition is a joint production between the Screen Printing and Engraving Workshops /ESAD.CR and the Libraries of the Polytechnic of Leiria.
