Presentation of Inland Journal, a project by Eduardo Matos and André Cepeda, started in 2015.
Based in Portugal, the Journal is dedicated to publishing texts and writings by artists, by authors with the most diverse practices. Each number is quite unique, a “carte blanche”, a space for poetic and free reflection. 34 issues have already been released and can be downloaded for free from the archive http://inland-journal.com
Inland is designed by Joana & Mariana and printed in risograph, an open edition.

EDUARDO MATOS (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, 1970)
Master’s degree in Contemporary Artistic Practices, Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Porto. Degree in Fine Arts – Painting, Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Porto. He was a resident artist at Associação Zé dos Bois in Lisbon, in 2009/10. He was resident artist at Espace Photographique Contretype, Brussels, 2011/12. Matos has worked as an independent visual artist since 2001. He has exhibited individually and collectively in informal and institutional contexts, in Portugal and abroad, including countries such as: the United States, Spain, Belgium, Poland and Switzerland. Together with André Cepeda, Matos is the editor of Inland Journal.
