Artistic residency for the students of Social Arts Practices at the Escola do Parque

The artistic residency is divided into three stages: one of research based on the material and immaterial heritage of the place – a primary school inaugurated before the Estado Novo and deactivated in recent years, followed by a period of fieldwork, exploring various aspects of the construction of the collaborative work. The final moment will be to share the processes, objects and conclusions of the residency period in a site-specific, site-determined, site-oriented, site-referenced, site-conscious, siteresponsive, site-related exhibition (concepts from Miwon Kwon, in One place after another, site-specific art and locational identity, 2002).
