Open class with Susana Gomes da Silva on how to build an educational service and on digital mediation, using the Gulbenkian Museum as an example. 

 Susana Gomes da Silva is a programmer, cultural mediator, teacher and consultant in the area of ​​education in museums. She is currently Head of Education and educational programmer at the Gulbenkian Museum, (having founded and directed the educational service of the José de Azeredo Perdigão Modern Art Center from 2002 to 2016). She is the author of several publications. She currently teaches the subject Mediation and Education in Museums in the Master of Museology at Universidade Nova de Lisboa. She likes to think that she is also a kind of midwife in educational services, one of the tasks she most likes to perform.
