SEASON IMPULSO 24<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Programme \u2013 CCC of Caldas da Rainha<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Impulso Festival returns in 2024 in a renewed \u201cseason\u201d format, a monthly programme  taking place at the Caldas da Rainha Cultural and Congress Center<\/strong> and focusing on alternative and emerging talent in national and international music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ranging from March till December with more than 30 national and international artists among various parallel activities such as cinema, in a partnership between the Masters of Sound and Image Arts and the Cineclube das Caldas da Rainha<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first show will take place on March 22nd. Opening the new season of Impulso we have the Portuguese artist EVAYA, one of the most curious emerging names in the national electronic pop music scene, in one of the artist’s first concerts in a year in which she is preparing to release her debut album. To end the first night, there is the presentation of one of the albums most praised by the specialized press in 2023, \u201cZEITGEIST\u201d by The Legendary Tigerman <\/strong>takes the stage at CCC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the premiere date of Season Impulso, the program continues with: Bia Ferreira, Sreya and Alexandre Soares Ft. Krake<\/strong> on April 5th; Pr\u00e9tu, In\u00eas Malheiro <\/strong>and Andr\u00e9 Henriques<\/strong> on April 18; Filipe Sambado, Galgo <\/strong>and Agressive Girls<\/strong> on May 10th; CRIATURA <\/strong>and emmy Curl<\/strong> on June 8; Hatis Noit <\/strong>and l_ava <\/strong>on June 29th; Confer\u00eancia Inferno, Blanco Teta <\/strong>and Proxy Fae<\/strong> on July 4th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second part of the season, which starts in September, will focus on artistic residencies, several debuts by new artists (including Carolina Miragaia<\/strong> and Martin Limbo<\/strong>) and the return of some names that left great memories at the festival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Impulso organization explains to us that \u201cwith this format we promote a regular cultural presence in the city of Caldas da Rainha. 2023 was an experience that became a success, with our audience responding \u2018present\u2019 on the nights that we believe were memorable for the city. We look forward on repeating this adventure and are very proud of our schedule for 2024.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regarding the programme, the Impulso<\/strong> team states that \u201cin this first part of the Impulso Season we highlight the shows by the Japanese artist Hatis Noit, the Argentinian group Blanco Teta (debut in Portugal) and several artists nominated for albums of the year, with special emphasis on Conference Inferno, Pr\u00e9tu, Andr\u00e9 Henriques or Filipe Sambado. We will also promote the debuts of Proxy Fae, l_ava and Aggressive Girls, as well as new albums by Galgo, EVAYA, Emmy Curl and Sreya, among many other surprises and concerts. We will also present new artistic residencies this year, starting with l_ava (interdisciplinary project by musician Diogo Arranja and visual artist Tiago Maduro) along with three more residencies in the 2nd half of the year with an exclusive presentation at Impulso.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Impulso 2024<\/strong> is organized by Pulsonar Associa\u00e7\u00e3o in a co-organization with the Municipality of Caldas da Rainha, the CCC and in partnership with ESAD.CR (Escola Superior de Artes e Design das Caldas da Rainha, from the Polytechnic of Leiria), tickets are now available online through the BOL network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
