She has worked at the Communications Museum, MAAT, Iminente, Gerador and Pal\u00e1cio Anjos \u2013 Centre for Contemporary Art. She is currently part of the programming team at MIL and Casa Capit\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jo\u00e3o Mineiro<\/strong> is an anthropologist, sociologist and researcher at the Centre for Research in Anthropology (CRIA) and at IN2PAST \u2013 the Associate Laboratory for Research and Innovation in Heritage, Arts, Sustainability and Territory. He is currently developing a research project on the sounds, poetics, images and politics of contemporary Black and Afro-Portuguese music. He is a contributor to the magazine Rimas e Batidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Marco Paiva<\/strong><br><strong>Artistic Director, Terra Amarela<\/strong><br>Holds a degree in Theatre \u2013 Actor Training from the Lisbon Theatre and Film School. Completed in 2008 the European Theatre Advanced Training Course \u00c9cole des Ma\u00eetres, directed by Brazilian theatre-maker Enrique Diaz (CIA dos Atores). Postgraduate studies in Entrepreneurship and Cultural Studies \u2013 Cultural Management branch, ISCTE. He collaborates as actor, director and mediator with various national and international cultural organisations and artistic structures. He worked with Crinabel Teatro from 2000, assuming artistic direction from 2008 to 2021. Works in cinema and television. Founded in 2018 TERRA AMARELA \u2013 Inclusive Artistic Creation Platform, dedicated to accessible culture and inclusive artistic practices. Since 2023 he is an invited assistant professor at the Lisbon Theatre and Film School, coordinating the unit Inclusive Artistic Practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nael D\u2019Almeida<\/strong>, with a degree in Psychology, believes in the power of collective work to transform the contexts she is part of. She collaborated in mentoring projects with Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Cavaleiros de S\u00e3o Br\u00e1s and Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Juvenil Pangue D\u2019Ami. Her passion for art led her to dedicate herself to artistic management and production, using culture as a tool of resistance. In 2022, she co-founded Nossa Fonte \u2013 Association for Cultural Intervention and Diffusion, where she develops artistic research and curatorial direction. She is part of the collective Mulheres Negras Escurecidas, which creates spaces of care and reflection for racialised women. In 2024, she co-founded KUBATA \u2013 House for Artistic Empowerment in the Sintra Line, a residency and professional development space aimed at Black creators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nuno Barbosa<\/strong> (Lisbon, 1988)<br>Born and raised in Bairro da Quinta Grande, in Lumiar. Sociocultural animator at the Institute for Social Development. Worked as a local action mediator at Ra\u00edzes, an association supporting children and young people, at 18. Later worked in a CLDS as monitor in the same association. In 2012 he became a community facilitator in the 5th generation of the Escolhas programme. In the 6th generation he was intervention technician in the Claquete E6G project, also in Quinta Grande. In 2019 he worked as intervention technician in the Entreiguais project in Casal dos Machados, and since 2019 he has been an educational assistant in a Santa Casa de Miseric\u00f3rdia de Lisboa care home. In 2008 he was founder and president of TDK, the first youth association in Alta de Lisboa, developing cultural and musical activities. Since 2020 he has been one of the coordinators of the Quinta Grande FC football club. PhD candidate in Artistic Studies \u2013 Art and Mediations, IHA-NOVA FCSH, FCT fellow, researching participatory practices in the visual arts in Portugal, with focus on artistic mediation, collaborative management, accessibility, sustainability and documentation. Holds a degree in Fine Arts and Multimedia and a Master\u2019s in Cultural Management from ESAD.CR.<br>Co-author of the research report *Tell Those in Charge \u2013 Transdisciplinary Report* (2024) for LiDA, part of the European consultation process for the Youth Addendum to the Porto Santo Charter Caldas da Rainha\/Loul\u00e9 (2025), centred on citizenship and cultural participation. Accessibility coordinator at Boom Festival 2025. Developed projects in schools in Leiria and institutions such as APPDA, integrating arts education, mediation and accessibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Artist\/Author, <strong>Tristany Mundu<\/strong> builds his work from different practices that intersect and complement one another in his research. Musical composition, filmmaking, visual arts, painting, photography, sculpture and performance are some of the languages he uses as tools to explore and defend the themes that run through his work: identity in relation to space, collective memory, the idea of centre and margin, movement and the right to imagination. Born in 1995 in the Linha de Sintra, of Angolan and Portuguese heritage, Tristany has developed projects that reflect and expand the territory where he grew up. His debut album, Mela Riba Kalxa (2020), marked his artistic affirmation, unfolding into concerts across Europe and into two mini-series (Baxu ku nba and Au vivu), which revealed the strong connection between his music and the image. His work includes projects such as Cidade \u00e0 Volta da Cidade (CAM Gulbenkian) and Hinu Digra (MAAT), as well as the exhibition Meia Riba Kalxa na boka mundu, presented at Festival Iminente with the support of the Gulbenkian Foundation. In parallel, he co-founded the collective Unidigrazz, which since 2018 has been asserting new cultural narratives through exhibitions and collaborations in Portugal and abroad. In 2025, the collective opened the Ponto Kultural in Algueir\u00e3o-Mem Martins, the most populous parish in Portugal. More than a space for creation and cultural enjoyment, the project responds to the needs of the local artistic community, functioning as a centre for residencies, workshops, grants and collaborative projects. Tristany plays an active role in curatorship and co-management, helping to define programmatic lines, energise artistic cycles and guide young artists in the experimentation of their practices. Tristany is currently preparing his next album and new creations that continue to explore the identity of the Linha de Sintra and the richness of the diasporas that inhabit it, while beginning the Master\u2019s in Sound and Image Arts at ESAD.CR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bruno Abreu<\/strong>&nbsp;(Guimar\u00e3es, 1982) holds a degree in Communication Design (Escola Superior de Artes e Design, Matosinhos) and in Photography (Instituto Portugu\u00eas de Fotografia, Porto), with postgraduate studies in Digital Business, Marketing Analytics, and Web 3.0 and Blockchain. Co-founder of Revolve, he is responsible for the artistic direction and programming of Revolve and of projects such as Mucho Flow, Antimuseu, Soir\u00e9e, Agora Aqui, and Vai m\u2019\u00e0 Banda. Alongside his work as a programmer, he also manages and represents bands including Femme Falafel, Fumo Ninja, Fura Olhos, Marco Franco, Miguel Pedro, Montanhas Azuis, Ricardo Martins, Surdina, and Tormenta. He has also worked as a sub-agent in Portugal for artists such as Os Mutantes, La Monte Young Tribute (\u00c9tienne Jaumet, Sonic Boom, C\u00e9line Wadier), Marshstepper, Varg2TM, Bo Ningen, Nadia Tehran, D\u00e4lek, Lydia Ainsworth, and Big Sir (Lisa Papineau and Juan Alderete, The Mars Volta).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Marta Bernardes<\/strong>&nbsp;was born, against the odds of being born otherwise, in 1983 in Porto, Portugal. She graduated in Painting from FBAUP in 2006. She furthered her studies in visual and multimedia arts at ESNBA in Paris and completed a master\u2019s degree in Psychoanalysis and Philosophy of Culture at UCM-Madrid in 2008. Since 2005, she has regularly presented her work to the public, encompassing visual and audiovisual practice, as well as performance-based, poetic-musical, and theatrical pieces. Her work has been presented in Portugal, Spain, Italy, Tunisia, France, Brazil, Morocco, Canada, and India. She has been an artistic assistant to Mickael Oliveira, Nuno M. Cardoso, John Rom\u00e3o, and Rui Pina Coelho, among others.<br>As a theatre creator for young audiences, she is the author (text, direction, and artistic and musical direction) of&nbsp;<em>Rubro<\/em>(commissioned by Teatro Maria Matos),&nbsp;<em>Fabulosas F\u00e1bulas<\/em>&nbsp;(commissioned by Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Gulbenkian),&nbsp;<em>Barafunda<\/em>(commissioned by Teatro Maria Matos),&nbsp;<em>Amar um C\u00e3o<\/em>&nbsp;(commissioned by Festival Sil\u00eancio),&nbsp;<em>B\u00e1rbara Boba<\/em>(commissioned by Festival Insubmissos \u2013 Madeira), and&nbsp;<em>Os Figos s\u00e3o para quem passa<\/em>&nbsp;(commissioned by Teatro S\u00e3o Luiz \u2013 EGEAC).<br>She is a vocal performer in several projects, notably Poemusica PuLSo and&nbsp;<em>Serpente Infinita<\/em>&nbsp;by Jos\u00e9 Valente, a work that won the Carlos Paredes Prize in 2019. Between 2020 and 2024, she was responsible for the Education and Mediation programming of the Museums and Libraries of Porto \u2013 CMP \u2013 \u00c1gora. She currently holds similar responsibilities in the new Porto Cultural Centre project \u2013 the former Slaughterhouse \u2013 as a member of the Converg\u00eancias \u2013 \u00c1gora\/CMP management
