Portugal has a total of 13 Chairs, one of which is under the responsibility of the Instituto Polit\u00e9cnico de Leiria, &#8220;Arts and Cultural Management, Cities and Creativity&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">The Living Cities project is part of this Chair and aims to research and produce academic content on urban management and policies for the arts and culture.
