É com imenso orgulho que recebemos, no dia 23 de maio de 2022, Inês Freitas, Chef Patissier no restaurante LAB by Sergi Arola (2 estrelas Michelin), no Ritz Carlton Penha Longa. Inês foi distinguida internacionalmente pela revista Pastry Revolution pela sobremesa “Sardinha” e é licenciada em Restauração e Catering pela ESTM.
Esta aula aberta é inserida no âmbito dos Seminários em Gastronomia Sustentável e tem a organização de Maria Jorge Campos.
