No dia 28 de abril a ESTM recebe como convidada a Chef Eunice Silveira para uma aula aberta “Workshop Masterclass Técnicas de Chocolate Nível 1 e 2”, no âmbito do Mestrado em Gastronomia, UC de Técnicas de Pastelaria e Panificação, com a coordenação do docente, Chef Rui Mota.
Serão abordados os vários métodos de temperagem, pintura de chocolate com pincel e aerógrafo, recheios e ganaches para bombons.
