If you are a Erasmus+ or Protocol exchange student and need to complete your application, please note:

Before arrival

Make sure you send your complete application to the Communication and Internacional Cooperation Office at ESSLei: 

  • Application documents: 1. Nomination by the sending institution; 2. Learning Agreement; 3. Scanned transcript of records of the previous semesters (if not in Portuguese or English, translated, signed and stamped by the sending institution); 4. 1 photo (jpeg format); 5. Scanned Passport or ID document; 6. Scanned of valid European health insurance card; 7. Application Form.
  • In order to put toguether your Learning Agreement, please check the subjects’ information  available in each course:
    • Dietetics and Nutrition
    • Nursing
    • Occupational Therapy
    • Physiotherapy
    • Speech Therapy

Before leaving to Portugal:

  • Inform our office about your arrival date and schedule an appointment with our International Officer.

 

Upon arrival
  • Meet our International Officer -Tânia Mota – at the School of Health Sciences and bring your arrival certificate or any documentation you need filled/signed.
  • A meeting with the course coordinator or the Professor responsible for exchange students, will be held.
  • An appointment will be scheduled with our Academic Services to register you as a Polytechnic of Leiria student. You will then be given username and password to an institutional e-mail and moodle platform, as well as wifi in all the Polytechnic’s campi.
Ending the mobility

. Please meet our International Officer in order to sign your confirmation certificates and give you any original documents you need to take back home.
