Generating Ideas: from idea to the project
Under the provision of services to the RUN-EU European University Alliance, INOVA+ organizes a set of online training workshops addressing staff from all members of the alliance, targeting to: Researchers, Teachers, Administrative and Technical staff from the internationalization or project offices, or other staff appointed by the local managers. This workshop is designed for RUN-EU Researchers, Teachers, Administrative and Technical staff from international office, and other staff appointed by local managers. It will focus on guiding participants through the process of turning an idea into a structured project concept, providing practical insights on project development and planning.

Main Target: RUN-EU Researchers, Teachers, Administrative and Technical staff from the internationalization or project offices, or other staff appointed by the local managers, interested in learning about how to set up a project concept

- How do you go from a project idea to a clear concept?
- What are the key elements to consider when developing a project proposal?
- How can you align your project idea with funding opportunities and institutional goals?
Learning Outcomes:
Participants will learn how to transform an idea into a structured project, identify essential components of a project concept, and align their project with available funding options.
