MGE’s curricular structure, without neglecting formation in the technical areas of management, also reflects the importance of the behavioral field, crucial to a successful manager in this day and age. My career throughout IPL has allowed me contact with the most recent developments in management, with a strong connection to the reality of the current business world, enhanced by the quality and diversity of the faculty members. The master’s being, to me, an end in itself, it has also allowed me acquiring and developing new academic skills that were reflected in the improvement of my professional performance and in the definition of new objectives as a student. While pursuing these new academic objectives, I have been confirming that IPL has, in the master’s in management, an excellent course that prepares and empowers its students for the next challenge.
