Programme Introduction

The study cycle aims the personal and professional development of teachers of early childhood education, primary and secondary education already professionalized. Aims to develop theoretical and operational skills that enable reflection and appropriate intervention in diversified educational settings, (in the exercise of diversified professional categories and positions in school organizations) particularly in the context of the functional content of activities and positions as:

  • Top management and middle management;
  • Coordination of departments;
  • Coordination of courses and / or years;
  • Coordination of directors of class and class direction;
  • Coordination of project teams and activity plans;
  • Supervision activities in schools;
  • Internal evaluation teams in the schools;
  • External evaluators of teachers.

Entry Requirements

People who can apply to the Master’s Degree:
a) Holders of an undergraduate degree or a legal equivalent preferably in the area of education;
b) Holders of a foreign higher education diploma, granted
after a first cycle of studies, under the principles of the
Bologna Process, by a State, which has subscribed this
Process, in the areas referred to in a);
c) Holders of a foreign higher education diploma that is
recognized as meeting the objectives of an undergraduate degree by the Technical and Scientific Council of the School, provided that in the areas referred to in a);
d) Holders of an academic, scientific or professional
curriculum, in the areas referred to in a), that is recognized
as certifying the skills to attend this cycle of studies by the
Technical and Scientific Council of the School;
e) Students who are close to completing their undergraduate degree in the field required for entering the Master’s degree, and declare it in their application
