Programme Introduction
This programme aims to train qualified professionals capable of developing creative skills, innovating and being entrepreneurs in theorganizations where they work, or to create their own business. The course promotes practical training oriented torespond to the challenges that companies face, stimulating different, disruptive and “out of the box” thinking, using newtechnological, societal, and environmental trends that bring new opportunities, new ways of management and businessmodels.
The acquired skills will allow to intervene in dynamic and complex contexts, managing resources, teams andpromoting creativity, proactivity and autonomy in each individual, to decide and act. Students are expected to develop and work closely with companies, to research and critically analyze information and to present solutions to real problems andin that context to discover and develop their human and relational skills.

Objectives
- Develop entrepreneurial skills by stimulating creativity, initiative, creating innovation, measuring risk and taking action;
- Develop critical thinking about the external and internal business / organizational context;
- Work on creative processes and guide them towards innovation management within organizations;
- Develop skills to analyze, formulate, select, implement, evaluate, and change the strategy of organizations;
- Explore diagnostic and problem solving methodologies;
- Manage teams being able to identify skills, working and creating knowledge in a network;
- Create synergies through collaborative networks;
- Innovative processes, procedures, products / services, markets or business models with added value fororganizations;
- Understand and anticipate the behavior of stakeholders;
- Apply criteria for evaluation and selection of investment projects;
- Communicate defending or presenting points of view and strategic options.

People who can apply to the Master Degree:
a) Holders of an undergraduate degree or a legal equivalent;
b) Holders of a foreign higher education degree, granted after a first cycle of studies, under the principles of the BolognaProcess, by a State, which has subscribed this Process;
c) Holders of a foreign higher education diploma that is recognized as meeting the objectives of an undergraduate degreeby the Technical and Scientific Council of the School of Technology and Management;
d) Holders of an academic, scientific or professional curriculum that is recognized as certifying the skills to attend thiscycle of studies by the Technical and Scientific Council of the School of Technology and Management.
